At the time of the forecast for 2011 (August of 2010) the Arab world he lived quietly, as before, and the oil flowed through the pipes out there, but few anticipated that over time will soon plunge the region into chaos, and how to was prescribed. I must say that the author of the forecast in any case did not believe Arabs barbarians, but rather there may be a speech about the fall of the barbarian dictatorships in Arab countries.

Phoebus (Greek) - is Apollo, the god - a predictor. Therefore, the 4-th line can be translated as "all this will happen before the predicted time of the prophet", strange as it sounds. In our case, this may mean that these events will occur before 2012, Kojima quatrain dated. You can still hold a symbolic connection between the word Phoebus (Pheses) and the name of the ancient Moroccan city of Fez. If we consider this a hint that the chain of revolutions Arab country, Morocco has to play its role.

Also, we assume that originated the process of randomization in Arab countries long and will last at least until 2014, taking into account the fact that the quatrain II-LXXXVI relates to this year.
